I only work with other fitness professionals and coaches and my remote service is about development, progress and accountability, allowing you to progress to YOUR next level while all the time keeping your health as our number 1 priority.

Whether your training at home, in a park or in a gym it doesn’t matter as the program created for you will be bespoke and, made to fit your lifestyle, no matter the equipment available!

We work in several different ways, but what ever way we work we make it suit you, some clients only want help with there training and programs, some want to incorporate Calisthenics in there current program and some want everything from programs to nutrition plans and want assistance and accountability every step of the way!

    This means that you will receive bespoke calisthenics programming that is ever changing to fit you and your goals in collaboration with your ever changing progress, whether it be a specific exercise you want to learn, general fitness, relative strength increase or weight changing goals. I work on cycling the phases to create a growth program in the area you most want to progress getting you leaner, stronger and healthier.

    Nutritional Guidance

    Optional nutritional guidance means I work with you on what I know works. Everyone is unique and not everything works for everyone, so we tweak till its perfect! I work on a flexible nutrition style meaning you get to eat great foods and the ones you love, all the while hitting your aesthetic and energy level goals. Monitoring what works best for your body increasing and decreasing carbs, fats and proteins to make the perfect adaptation for you. There will be best strategies implemented, but this is about making it work for you and fitting it around your lifestyle the best way possible

    Check Ins

    Check ins are the key to your progress and success, any burning questions you have are to be dealt with at these sessions, meaning any questions or notes made through the week will be answered, adapted and explained with either a live video chat or a recorded video message showing you why, where and how we plan to move forward with your training. Keeping things fresh and constantly adapting to your goals. If agreed on we can also arrange in person coaching and weekly/monthly sessions dependant on your requirements and specific needs.

    Instant contact assistance

    With the online service you will receive instant contact assistance. If there is an urgent question or adaptation needed regarding program or nutrition then you will have access to me via the messaging service on my app, meaning you will get instant replies as soon as I get to my the messages. These will usually be read in the morning at 0700hrs so if you have an important question about the day ahead get it in before then!

    The way my calisthenics coaching works it guarantees progress. As long as you put the work in and are focused and determined you will reach your goals. I want everyone who interacts with me, online or face to face to benefit on a long term basis. I aim to create a lifestyle, not a fleeting fad.     I will be there every step making sure I guide you down the right paths, but I expect 200% from my clients. This is not for everyone, you have to be dedicated to your lifestyle change or change in routine. I want you to succeed as much as you do if not more, so I expect a lot from you!

You will be asked to sign a 100% effort agreement meaning that your full commitment and dedication is required, if your in then I’m all yours. You get my all if you give your all!

    Once you have signed up you will recieve an email with your login details for our App, this allows us to fully integrate with bespoke built programs, workouts, packages, assessments, events, meal plans and tracking.

    The Programs and Plans

    Using a bespoke client area you will have access to video upon video of exercises and instructions. The area is really easy to get to grips with and update all your progress information and pictures, this allows us to keep track and keep you accountable while watching your growth.

    Video Exercise Descriptions

    There will be video descriptions of all exercises given on your bespoke program. All you have to do is perform the given exercises in the format provided in the given program, supported by your nutritional guidance and you will be making progress. We will be constantly vigilant on form and keeping the program targeted at your goals.

    Check ins and Goals

    We will have weekly, bi weekly or monthly checkins dependant on your needs, growth and progress. If in the local area the check in sessions can be in person or online. These are to keep you on track towards your goals and ensure there are no problems. Making sure all the exercises, programs and formats are understood and that form is correct and progress is made. You are after all paying for a result!
